Contracting Entity
Products are offered under the Governix trade name. Legal entity details, invoicing details, and tax particulars are provided on invoice and on written request.

Governix content is sold as professional reference material and does not constitute legal, tax, compliance, or certification advice.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Use of Governix materials does not guarantee audit outcomes, regulator acceptance, certification success, or business performance.
License Scope
Individual purchases are for single-user internal use. Team licenses are limited to purchased seat scope. Public redistribution, resale, and unauthorized rehosting are prohibited.
Delivery and Access
Document access is enabled after successful payment verification. Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, payment reversal misuse, or terms violations.
Pricing and Taxes
Applicable price and GST are shown in checkout before payment confirmation. Product listings and bundle composition may change for future purchases.
Refunds and Cancellations
