Governix materials are sold as professional reference documents and are intended to support internal thinking, discussion, and governance practice.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Purchase and use of the materials do not guarantee regulatory acceptance, audit outcomes, certification success, or business results.
Intellectual Property
All documents remain the intellectual property of Governix. Purchase grants the buyer a right to use the materials according to the scope of the product purchased.
No Unauthorized Redistribution
Individual purchases are for the buyer’s own use. Redistribution, resale, uncontrolled internal sharing, or public reposting is not permitted.
Team Access
Where a team license is purchased, use is limited to the number of users agreed at purchase unless a different written scope is confirmed.
Commercial Changes
Governix may update product descriptions, bundle composition, and pricing over time. Changes do not retroactively remove access already granted for completed purchases.
