The Model

A six-level framework for making governance under pressure visible, discussable, and operationally useful.

Governix does not begin with maturity scoring, tool selection, or control catalogues. It begins with awareness, then moves through patterns, choice, domain interpretation, governance mechanisms, and operating doctrine.

The Six Levels

The framework is intentionally sequential. Each level answers a different question and prepares the reader for the next layer of interpretation.

Level 0 awareness visual

Level 0 — Awareness Under Pressure

Recognize the conditions of pressure before interpretation or correction begins.

Level 1 patterns visual

Level 1 — Patterns Under Sustained Pressure

Observe what repeats when urgency, ambiguity, and delivery pressure begin to shape behavior. Delivered inside the Foundation Pack.

Level 2 trade-off and decision visual

Level 2 — Choice Under Pressure

Name the trade-offs that organizations are already making, whether or not those choices are explicit. Delivered inside the Foundation Pack.

Level 3 domain patterns visual

Level 3 — Domain Patterns

Translate the framework into a specific operating domain and identify the patterns that recur there.

Level 4 mechanisms visual

Level 4 — Domain Mechanisms

Define the mechanisms, boundaries, and checks that hold a domain together when pressure intensifies.

Level 5 operating doctrine visual

Level 5 — Operating Doctrine

Clarify how a domain should hold its posture over time when governance must stay usable under load.
