Governix products are digital papers and document bundles. Because delivery is digital, cancellations are generally not available once access has been provided.
Refund Scope
Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as duplicate payment, failed delivery, or an objectively incorrect product fulfilment issue.
Not Covered
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction after access, or purchases made without reviewing the product description first.
How To Raise A Request
Use the Contact page and include the order reference, purchase email, date of payment, and the issue encountered.
Review Basis
Each request is reviewed against the digital nature of the product, proof of payment, and the actual delivery status of the purchased material.
Response Handling
If a refund is approved, it is intended to be processed through the original payment channel or a suitable equivalent process supported by the payment provider.
